
Wuji Chlorella is considered to be the most nutrient dense super food. It is a whole food green alga. Chlorella is not a concentrated supplement. It is in the category of algae known as green algae. With it being a whole food not a synthetic or concentrate, it is the quick and easy way to add plant based whole food nutrition to your diet. The modern American lifestyle lacking diversity in the diet is considerably devoid of pure, real, whole, organic foods from a plant source. You can consider Chlorella to be similar to adding broccoli, spinach, spirulina, or other plant foods. Chlorella in its purest form is 100% vegetarian, 100% vegan, 100% gluten free and 100% soy free.

I want to talk about a really cool food supplement called Wuji Chlorella. I’m known as the Chlorella chiropractor in Vancouver.
One of the main things I recommend is that people take Chlorella on a daily basis. My kids take it, they’ve been taking it since they were six months old. They like to chew it, I prefer to swallow it. I recommend people take anywhere from ten to sixty a day depending on your health goals and health needs. In my book Take Charge of Your Health, I have a chapter on Chlorella and it says it is one of the best whole food products on the market.
There are a lot of things like Food Matters and Food Inc., one of the guys in there says it is one of the most nutrient-dense super-foods on the planet. If you look at the vitamin and mineral content; vitamin A, E, B, C, niacin, B2, B6, biotin, B12, vitamin C, folic acid; those are just some of the vitamins that are in there. Minerals: Calcium, imagine that – we can actually take little green pills that have power packed calcium, maybe we need less dairy; there’s zinc, magnesium, phosphorus; all the trace minerals that your body wants. There’s amino acids, essential fatty acids.
I can’t strongly tell people enough how good Chlorella is for the body. It helps with digestion and elimination as well as alkalizing the blood. One of the other really amazing thing that’s inside Chlorella is chlorophyll which is the blood of plants. Everybody knows that when you eat plant based foods you actually have more energy and it’s healthier for you. There’s research now showing that it helps with blood pressure, cholesterol issues, heart issues, arthritis pain, even growth in children. Children who take this actually grow and develop at a faster pace.
Another amazing research product that I’ve read about: They had two groups of mice, one was given Chlorella, the other one wasn’t. They exposed them to radiation and the group that took Chlorella lived twice as long after the radiation exposure which is phenomenal.
There are many things that you can do to your body. I think that Chlorella is one of the best things you can do to help detoxify and build your energy.
